Delete your account

1. Open Account & plans in the browser app, or Account & plans in the mobile app.
2. Sign in with the method used for your account.
3. Choose Delete account, review the details, then confirm. A fresh sign-in may be requested to verify it is you.

What is removed?

Your server project backups, personal gallery and uploaded gallery media, video-review records and temporary review media, and Firebase sign-in account and profile are deleted. Temporary uploads may remain until scheduled cleanup; storage deletion is asynchronous. The app revokes connected Apple authorization during the deletion flow where applicable.

What happens to browser work?

When you delete through the browser app, its local recordings, drafts, captions, ideas and exports are permanently removed with the account, then you are returned here. Download a backup before confirming if you want to keep any of that work. Mobile account deletion does not remove device projects; remove those through the app or device storage controls.

Payment providers retain transaction records for billing, disputes and legal obligations. Minimal hashed records of previously activated trials are retained to recognize their original end date across linked identities; they contain no email, name, media or transcript. Short-lived Free allowance and retry records, and minimal deletion markers that prevent in-flight requests from restoring deleted data, have separate retention periods. Cancel subscriptions separately

Deleting the account does not automatically cancel App Store, Google Play or web subscriptions. Cancel through the original store or receipt if you want billing to stop.
