Web purchases
Dodo Payments is the merchant of record when you buy through Dodo checkout. Its buyer terms, the terms shown with your offer and your mandatory consumer rights apply.
For an unexpected charge, duplicate payment, accidental renewal or a paid feature you cannot access, contact cringemountain@dorkalev.com promptly or use the support link in your receipt. Include your purchase email, receipt reference and a brief explanation. Never send full card details, passwords or private recordings. Please do not purchase again to resolve missing access.
Refund timing and eligibility
We review refund requests fairly, including duplicate charges, accidental purchases and technical failures. Refunds required by applicable law will be honored. Eligibility and timing also depend on the original billing provider and the circumstances; contacting us does not itself guarantee a discretionary refund. Approved refunds normally return to the original payment method, and your bank may take additional time to display them. We will confirm the outcome and the effect on your access.
If your bank or the payment provider has already opened a dispute or refunded the charge, include that fact so we can avoid a duplicate refund.
Earlier Paddle purchases
The provider on your receipt remains responsible for that transaction. For Paddle purchases, use the receipt, Paddle payment support, or our support address. Paddle’s refund policy continues to apply.
App Store and Google Play purchases
Refund decisions and processing follow the original store's policies. Use Apple's refund request service or Google Play's refund instructions. Contact Dor if you need help identifying the purchase.
Stop future renewals
For Dodo subscriptions, open Account & plans on the web with the same sign-in and choose Manage subscription. The secure billing portal provides cancellation and receipt access. Confirm cancellation in the portal, then use Check access to see your paid-through date. You can also use the original store or receipt. Cancellation stops future renewals and keeps access through the paid period. It does not automatically refund previous payments. Deleting your app or sign-in account does not automatically cancel a subscription.
After a refund
Paid access associated with a refunded or revoked purchase may end. Locally saved captions, ideas, drafts and exported videos remain available.
